After you purchase, you’ll receive instant confirmation via Pay Pal, who will email you a receipt. Within 24 hours of receipt of your order, we will contact you to discuss your requirements in detail. In the case of training, if you wish we can provide you with an audio version of the session so you can refer to subjects covered. Don’t forget to check your junk mail or spam folder, since sometimes our confirmation emails can end up there.

Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Customer details include your name, postal address, telephone number, Email address and JAWS for Windows Serial Numbers.

Refund Policy. Should you not be satisfied with the quality of the training or scripting, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We would however welcome the opportunity of correcting any problem which may have caused you to request a refund.
