A J-Say Software Maintenance Agreement entitles you to receive the next two paid-for upgrades at a discount price.
If your SMA has expired, or if you have not previously owned an SMA, you do need to upgrade to the current release first.

Please note: We strongly recommend before proceeding that you check the J-Say page of our site and, if possible, purchase the product from a Distributor in your part of the world. Support is likely to be much more beneficial and can be delivered in a timely manner, particularly if you live some distance from the United Kingdom.

As you complete the checkout process, you will need to know your JAWS serial number. Instructions on how to obtain this are given on the Checkout page.

After you purchase, you’ll receive instant confirmation via Pay Pal, who will email you a receipt. Later, we’ll email you and let you know that you can download and activate your product. Please note that this is not an automated process, so allow at least 24 hours for delivery. Usually, the time will be far less than that.
Don’t forget to check your junk mail or spam folder, since sometimes our confirmation emails can end up there.

Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Customer details include your name, postal address, telephone number, Email address and JAWS for Windows Serial Numbers.

Refund Policy. Should you not be satisfied with any product within 30 days of the purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund. You must also uninstall the product in line with the terms stated in the individual product's Licence Agreement. We would however welcome the opportunity of correcting any problem which may have caused you to request a refund.
