A J-Say Software Maintenance Agreement entitles your customer to receive the next two paid-for upgrades at a discount price.

As you complete the checkout process, you will need to know the customer's JAWS serial number. Instructions on how to obtain this are given on the Checkout page.

After you purchase, you’ll receive instant confirmation via Pay Pal, who will email you a receipt. Later, we’ll email you and let you know that your customer can activate J-Say. This may not be appropriate if the customer is already using the latest product version.

Please note that activation is not an automated process, so allow at least 24 hours for delivery. Usually, the time will be far less than that.
Don’t forget to check your junk mail or spam folder, since sometimes our confirmation emails can end up there.
